Wade Trim is looking for an IT Service Desk Team Lead (2736) to guide the team responsible for our internal IT support operations. You will play a key role in ensuring effective service delivery and user satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the IT service desk team
- Manage ticket queues, prioritize incidents, and ensure timely resolution
- Develop and refine service desk procedures and knowledge base articles
- Monitor team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
- Foster a collaborative and user-focused support environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an IT service desk or technical support leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles and ticketing systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members
Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. You must be able to work from our offices in Detroit, MI, Taylor, MI, and Flint, MI.
