Job Title: IT Researcher (Recruiting)Company: Miratech
Role Overview:The IT Researcher will support Miratech's global recruitment team by identifying and engaging IT talent across multiple regions, conducting market research, and building robust candidate pipelines. This role plays a key part in international sourcing, data management, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers to meet talent demands in a fast-growing technology services company.
Responsibilities:- Source qualified IT candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, forums, and internal databases.- Screen CVs and maintain up-to-date candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters.- Initiate contact with potential candidates, including through cold outreach, to build engagement.- Conduct market research and prepare reports and presentations to inform hiring strategies.- Expand and organize internal recruitment databases and reporting tools.- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient hiring processes.- Perform additional duties aligned with the objectives of the recruitment function.
Required Qualifications:- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, IT, marketing, or sales in a junior, assistant, or researcher capacity.- Bachelor’s degree or higher; flexible schedule available for students.- Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken).- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.- Analytical mindset with data interpretation and presentation skills.- Creative, proactive approach to sourcing and talent engagement.
