Join a growing team as an IT Recruiter focused on connecting U.S.-based companies with top technical talent across software development, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and product management. This is a fully remote role designed for professionals in Latin America who are comfortable working within U.S. time zones, ideally Pacific Standard Time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions, from initial role scoping to final candidate placement.
- Identify and engage qualified IT candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and team fit.
- Build and maintain active talent pools for in-demand roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Specialists, Data Engineers, and Cybersecurity Analysts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes.
- Monitor key hiring metrics and report regularly on pipeline activity and recruitment progress.
- Stay informed about evolving tech stacks, market trends, and compensation standards in the U.S. IT sector.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience recruiting technical professionals for U.S. organizations.
- Familiarity with core areas of IT, including cloud infrastructure, software engineering, QA, and product development.
- Hands-on experience managing all stages of the hiring process—from job intake to offer negotiation.
- Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours, with PST alignment preferred.

Compensation & Work Structure
This is a contractor position paid in U.S. dollars based on experience. The role is remote, full-time, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule aligned with U.S. business operations.
