HireHawk is looking for an IT Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment of technical talent for our U.S.-based clients. You will manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer closure, ensuring successful placements that align with business needs. We are passionate about helping candidates grow their careers while providing clients with reliable, remote-ready talent.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals for U.S.-based companies.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job intake and candidate outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using sourcing platforms.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to technical roles.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical competencies, problem-solving skills, and cultural alignment.
- Partner with the People & Compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Stay up to date on IT hiring trends, in-demand tech stacks, and compensation benchmarks.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent for U.S.-based companies.
- Strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, including software development, infrastructure, data, product, and cybersecurity roles.
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
