We're expanding our engineering talent and looking for IT Recruiters with experience hiring for technical roles. In this position, you’ll lead the recruitment process for Golang and QA engineers, from initial sourcing to final hire, working hand-in-hand with hiring managers and recruitment peers.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end hiring for IT positions, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates
- Identify and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn, job platforms, and direct search methods
- Conduct preliminary interviews and guide applicants through each stage of the process
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent
- Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs and support informed decisions
- Keep recruitment data up to date in the applicant tracking system and monitor key metrics
What We’re Looking For
- At least one year of experience in technical recruitment
- Familiarity with software development roles or a strong interest in learning
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn or GetMatch
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive mindset with a drive to grow in IT recruitment
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher for international collaboration
Nice to Have
- Experience with Boolean search logic
- Knowledge of X-ray search techniques
