Plata Card is looking for a Junior+ IT Recruiter to join our team and focus on hiring Golang or QA engineers. In this role, you will support the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters to help scale our engineering teams.

What You'll Do

Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles within your stream
Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search
Conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate the hiring process
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to drive hiring decisions
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in the ATS

What We're Looking For

1+ year of experience in IT recruitment
Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks, or willingness to learn
Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch, or similar platforms
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow within IT recruitment
Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher to work in an international team

Nice to Have

Knowledge of Boolean search techniques (X-ray search is a plus)
