Talan is hiring an IT Project Manager

Location: NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship: Talan does not sponsor U.S. work permits or employment visas. We are seeking a talented IT Project Manager to join our team and work on Global Markets Operations projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and be passionate about driving post-trade IT initiatives from build through to production. Role and responsibilities Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program plan and flagging risks before they become problems Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolves Make sure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance, audit, and regulatory standards Coordinate IT testing and deployment activities across business analysts and developers, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closure Communicate project status clearly and regularly to Operations, Compliance, and the global Project Manager Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from build through go-live and handover to production support
