Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program plan and flagging risks before they become problems
- Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolves
- Make sure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance, audit, and regulatory standards
- Coordinate IT testing and deployment activities across business analysts and developers, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closure
- Communicate project status clearly and regularly to Operations, Compliance, and the global Project Manager
- Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from build through go-live and handover to production support

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery
- Passionate about driving post-trade IT initiatives from build through to production
