Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring an IT Project Manager 3 to lead software development initiatives and infrastructure projects in a complex, highly regulated environment. You will guide Agile teams through the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities.
What You'll Do
- Lead Agile software development teams to deliver software applications and infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and evaluate project processes to ensure consistency, manage scope changes, and maintain project plans and budgets.
- Monitor deliverable quality, identify improvements, and ensure outputs meet standards and agreements.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, gather feedback, and foster strong working relationships.
- Manage risks, resolve issues, motivate project teams, and promote ownership and efficiency.
- Coordinate project initiation and planning to align with strategic goals and application roadmaps.
- Demonstrate advanced project management skills, independent judgment, and initiative.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience working with software application teams, SDLC, PMLC, and Agile Scrum methodology.
- 3+ years of experience with Power BI and data lake environments.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with proven ability to deliver complex projects.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and apply sound judgment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and fostering team growth.
