As an IT Payment Analyst at Pluxee Chile S.A., you will play a key role in translating product and market needs into actionable solutions within agile squads, focusing on secure and compliant payment capabilities. You will support the evolution of core payment systems across more than 30 countries, acting as a domain expert and facilitating alignment between internal teams and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Translate product and market needs into detailed user stories and business requirements aligned with payment roadmaps
- Collaborate with Product Owners in clarifying scope, business value, and functional fit of new features
- Act as a domain expert on issuing, processing, and scheme integration flows
- Facilitate workshops and walkthroughs with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Interface with payment processors, schemes, and clearing partners for functional alignment
- Build and promote established processes and definitions of payment methods that help payment method providers or integrated merchants
- Monitor and consolidate the results of the integration processes to assess the impact on the business
- Ensure the resolution of problems by accompanying and facilitating the areas of operational continuity in the management of analysis and communication with all the parties involved
- Evaluate opportunities for improvement through early detection of incidents, looking for solutions that enhance the business
- Organize, define and put together metrics that help to periodically measure the performance and stability of the transactional flow
- Promote and facilitate the interaction between the different business areas, achieving synergy, supporting the control of incidents and new needs
- Promote the effective communication of the necessary information in the stages of preparation, implementation and post-production of the different means of payment
- Monitor all internal requirements, restrictions and Golden Rules
- Generate metrics and service levels of all payment solutions
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in payments or fintech, ideally in a multi-country setting
- Understanding of retail payment schemes (SCT Inst, SEPA, FPS, RTGS) and prepaid ecosystems
- Familiarity with ISO 20022 and ISO 8583 payment messages
- Ability to write clear, structured user stories and model flows using UML/sequence/state diagrams
- Experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams, focused on business value delivery
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, capable of resolving ambiguity and driving clarity
- Strong knowledge of MySQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, and NoSQL databases, essential for data analysis
- Solid expertise in Excel, including advanced functions for data manipulation
- Ability to create presentations and deliver clear, structured data analysis reports
- Knowledge of stored procedures, scheduled jobs, and payment interface management, including communication with transaction authorizers
- Ability to ensure smooth integration and operational continuity across payment flows
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
