- You are highly proactive, hands-on, and take ownership instead of waiting for instructions
- You are confident figuring things out independently and not afraid to troubleshoot
- You enjoy solving problems and making things work reliably
- You take pride in fixing problems quickly and thoroughly
- If you’ve ever said “wait, let me try something” before fixing a tech problem, we’d love to meet you.
