Responsibilities
- Oversee shift operations, including scheduling coverage, assigning tasks, and maintaining service standards from start to shift transition
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated technical or critical incidents, providing guidance and resources to support resolution
- Ensure thorough and precise shift handovers so incoming teams can continue operations without interruption
- Track performance metrics during the shift and report anomalies, patterns, or potential risks to management
- Maintain operational stability by identifying obstacles, mitigating risks, and escalating personnel or performance issues as necessary
