Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization's IT operations, information security, and internal systems management
- Ensure all employees are equipped with secure and functional tools starting on their first day
- Uphold strict compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Administer the company’s fleet of devices and core IT infrastructure
- Guarantee all endpoints are properly configured, encrypted, and centrally managed via MDM solutions
- Manage the full lifecycle of devices, from provisioning to decommissioning
- Lead technical onboarding processes for new employees
- Administer user accounts, access rights, role-based access controls, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication
- Enforce robust endpoint security and strict access control policies
- Drive certification and audit readiness for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, and SOC frameworks
- Maintain current documentation, security policies, and evidence for audits
- Deliver prompt and effective IT support to internal teams
- Ensure seamless setup and onboarding for all new hires
