Rolls-Royce Power Systems is hiring an IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio Lead

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Portfolio Lead to take ownership of our IT infrastructure project portfolio. You will be responsible for continuously developing portfolio management processes, ensuring strategic alignment, and driving the successful delivery of our infrastructure initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Lead and continuously develop the IT infrastructure project portfolio management.
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize projects in alignment with business and IT stakeholders, IT infrastructure management, and product owners.
• Identify resource and capacity conflicts and manage necessary decision-making processes.
• Report on and represent the IT infrastructure project portfolio to stakeholders inside and outside the IT department.
• Coordinate the content and dependencies of various projects within the portfolio.
• Manage the external project manager team both organizationally and in terms of content.
• Perform cross-functional budget and resource planning and controlling in collaboration with IT portfolio management and the PMO.
• Ensure robust cross-functional processes at the portfolio level, such as Project Change, Resource Conflict resolution, and Dependency Mapping.

What We're Looking For

• A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification with extensive experience in IT project and portfolio management.
• Strong project and program/multi-project management experience.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure technology.
• Experience with externally provided project management services and IT managed services in on-, near-, and offshore models.
• A structured approach and process-oriented thinking.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
• Conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, and self-reflection.
• Customer orientation.

Team & Environment

You will collaborate closely with IT portfolio management, the IT PMO, IT infrastructure management, and IT infrastructure product owners.
