About the Role
The role involves delivering prompt technical assistance to internal users, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
- Provide remote and on-site technical support as needed
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across systems
- Support email, network, and connectivity troubleshooting
- Install and configure desktop and laptop computers
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for support procedures
- Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Monitor and respond to service desk tickets promptly
- Ensure compliance with internal IT security policies
- Support deployment of software updates and patches
- Troubleshoot printing and peripheral device issues
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets
- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs
- Assist in maintaining internal knowledge base articles
- Deliver basic training to users on IT systems
- Support video conferencing and meeting room technologies
- Perform routine system health checks
- Assist with mobile device management
- Ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs
Nice to Have
- Experience in an international corporate environment
- Familiarity with ITIL service management framework

- Prior work in a multilingual support setting
