Responsibilities
- Set up and configure systems involving Windows, Azure, networking, and telephony platforms
- Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to small, medium, and large organizations throughout London
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for urgent hardware and service outages
- Contribute significantly to the execution of complex, multi-site technology projects
- Conduct thorough audits and maintain accurate records of client IT environments
- Work closely with Project Managers, Service Desk teams, and senior engineering staff

This role is home-based with primary operations centered in the London region.
Regular travel across Greater London
Frequent regional travel is required as part of daily responsibilities.
Frequent travel across London Zone 1-4
Engineer must be available for regular assignments within London Zones 1 through 4.
