Technical Skills

- Proficient in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Experience with data modeling and database design.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in enterprise architecture such as TOGAF Certified, or similar.
