Responsibilities
- Build and manage scalable data pipelines within the Azure Databricks platform
- Develop technical components as code using professional IDEs, ensuring version control and automated CI/CD workflows
- Support data-driven decisions in Human Resources, Purchasing, and Finance through reliable, high-quality data access
- Create data products and analytical tools using software engineering best practices in coordination with business and IT teams
- Enforce strong software engineering standards including modular architecture, testing-first approaches, and reusable components
- Deliver solutions globally with cross-functional data engineering support across HR, Purchasing, and Finance
- Work closely with business teams, IT partners, product owners, architects, machine learning engineers, and Power BI developers
- Operate within an agile product-team model integrated into a large-scale Azure cloud environment
