Clarvida is hiring an IT Communications & Training Specialist to ensure our organization is confident and prepared to adopt new technologies and workflows. This role closes gaps in training quality and communication clarity during major technology transitions, converting technical information into simple, actionable materials.

What You'll Do

Translate complex technical information into clear, intuitive, and visually compelling content.
Design and deliver training materials for system rollouts and workflow changes.
Manage multiple project workstreams to support consistent national adoption.
Adapt communication and training approaches for both low-tech and high-tech audiences.
Support geographically distributed teams and diverse user groups through technology-enabled changes.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years of experience in IT communications, training, instructional design, or end-user enablement.
Proven ability to design or deliver training for system rollouts or workflow changes.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
Comfort working with geographically distributed teams and diverse user groups.
Ability to adapt training for both low-tech and high-tech audiences.
Experience supporting technology-enabled changes like system rollouts, process changes, or governance shifts.
Prior experience in PMO, HR/L&D, Communications, or cross-functional transformation environments.
