iTech AG Careers is hiring a Senior Technical Consultant to support a federal customer. In this role, you will play a key part in guiding customers through successful ServiceNow implementations across the ITBM suite, combining hands-on platform configuration with strategic technical advisory.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical guidance during workshops and assist in the creation and refinement of stories
- Configure the ServiceNow platform during sprints while sharing knowledge and best practices with Platform Administrators
- Develop and refine user stories in partnership with Product Owners and stakeholders
- Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Mentor platform administrators and junior consultants in best practices and technical standards
- Ensure solutions adhere to architectural governance, process objectives, and long-term roadmap strategies
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of ServiceNow technical experience
- Strong understanding of ITAM processes and project/program methodologies
- Proficiency with ServiceNow scripting, configuration, and integrations
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an additional 4 years of related experience
- Pursuant to a government clearance, U.S. citizenship is required
Nice to Have
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-HAM & CIS-SAM)
- Active Treasury Public Trust clearance
