LHH, a global leader in human resources solutions, is seeking a Global ABM Manager to lead and execute strategic Account-Based Marketing initiatives. You will develop targeted programs and personalized campaigns to drive engagement and growth within our most important accounts, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and digital teams worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead end-to-end ABM strategies for high-value accounts, creating tailored playbooks and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align account insights and deliver a cohesive customer journey.
- Create customized value propositions, messaging, and content aligned to specific account pain points.
- Design, execute, and manage strategic ABM campaigns using a mix of digital tactics like email, ads, and events.
- Target personas, measure performance, and optimize campaigns based on data to improve ROI.
- Manage the ABM budget, allocating resources to maximize impact within high-priority accounts.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer challenges, and competitor strategies to refine approaches.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
- At least 3 years in a strategic sales or ABM-focused role.
- Experience creating ABM frameworks and leading discovery sessions with sales leadership.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform and optimize strategies.
- Proficiency with ABM tools like Demandbase and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaign design, content creation, and platforms like Pardot.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively to design personalized campaigns and adapt strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable outcomes in engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills for multiple complex campaigns.
Nice to Have
- Strong presentation skills for delivering strategies to leadership and teams.
- Ability to work across time zones and with different global cultures.
- Master’s degree in marketing.

You will be part of the Global Account-Based Marketing Team, reporting to the Director, Global Account-Based Marketing.
