Kellanova is looking for an IT Business Specialist to serve as the main liaison between our Finance and IT functions. You will translate business needs into impactful technology solutions and lead finance-related projects to influence end-to-end process improvements across Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main liaison between Finance and IT to translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements.
- Evaluate current financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop documentation for redesigned workflows.
- Contribute to planning activities, manage timelines, and support cross-functional alignment using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Execute functional and user acceptance tests, document results, and partner with development teams to ensure solutions meet business outcomes.
- Assist in communication, stakeholder readiness assessments, and end-user training to enable successful adoption of new technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting finance processes or systems.
- Expertise in financial systems, including SAP Finance Module or similar enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and waterfall).
- Experience documenting functional requirements and analyzing end-to-end business processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading).
