Responsibilities
- Driving Finance Technology Solutions — Serve as the main liaison between Finance and IT to translate business needs into well-defined functional requirements.
- Analyzing and Enhancing Processes — Evaluate current financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop documentation for redesigned workflows.
- Coordinating Project Delivery — Contribute to planning activities, manage timelines, and support cross-functional alignment using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Validating Functional Requirements — Execute functional and user acceptance tests, document results, and partner with development teams to ensure solutions meet business outcomes.
- Supporting Change Management — Assist in communication, stakeholder readiness assessments, and end-user training to enable successful adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting finance processes or systems.
- Expertise in financial systems, including SAP Finance Module or similar enterprise solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and waterfall).
- Experience documenting functional requirements and analyzing end-to-end business processes.
- Advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading).

We’re Looking for Someone With
