S2 IT Group is hiring an IT Business Analysts

Responsibilities

  • Identify and document business workflows to transition outdated HR platforms to cloud-based systems such as Workday HCM and related integrations.
  • Set up and customize Workday modules including Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, and Performance, along with test execution planning.
  • Generate advanced reports to detect system inconsistencies and support integration updates.
  • Formulate strategies for transferring data from point-of-sale systems into ERP environments.
  • Construct a worldwide security structure encompassing domain controls and business-specific security rules for the Workday HR module.
  • Establish connections between business entities to form computed fields and assess logical expressions.
  • Manage compliance with FLSA regulations, payroll processing, and absence engine logic.
  • Organize tenant configurations and localized settings for HCM and Payroll components.
  • Produce BRIT reports using Workday Studio and set up Prism with multiple prism functions.
  • Design data-based test cases using TOSCA and automate testing procedures.
  • Integrate TOSCA with Jenkins and Jira for continuous development and issue tracking.
  • Apply various technical tools and protocols including HCM, WMS, WSDL, CSS3, XML, XSLT, SOAP, UIA Engine, Kafka build, Oxygen, and GIT.
