Medtronic is looking for an IT Business Analyst to partner closely with business and IT stakeholders, driving data-driven solutions that improve processes, systems, and services across our global environment. This role focuses on understanding business needs within regulated areas such as Quality and Regulatory, translating them into clear requirements, and supporting effective solution delivery.
What You'll Do
- Engage with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization and data-driven improvements.
- Analyze data sets and trends to define use cases that enhance products, processes, and services.
- Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, Product Owners, and IT teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Drive the business agenda throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Support global projects by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including IT support, technical leads, and third-party vendors.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge (understanding required).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English (B2 – C1 level).

- Experience working in regulated environments (Quality or Regulatory).
