We are seeking an experienced IT Application Support Specialist to maintain and enhance our application landscape. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical issues across a range of software systems used throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve application-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to diagnose complex technical problems
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Document technical procedures, known errors, and resolution steps in the knowledge base
- Support user onboarding, configuration changes, and system updates
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in application support, ideally within a corporate IT environment
- Strong understanding of web technologies, databases, and operating systems
- Ability to interpret logs, trace errors, and work with technical debugging tools
- Fluency in German and good command of English (written and spoken)
