Flex is seeking an IT Application Analyst to maintain and enhance the applications critical to our production, repair, raw material management, and transportation operations. In this remote (GBS-based) role, you will ensure these systems support our sites effectively.
What You'll Do
- Support and continuously develop enterprise and production management systems, including FlexFlow and BaaN.
- Communicate with internal users, corporate support teams, and customer partners from the Computing, Medical, and Networking sectors.
- Test and implement new developments and projects.
- Create user and customer reports and dashboards.
What We're Looking For
- A strong knowledge of database management systems, specifically MS-SQL and Oracle.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Good communication abilities.
