Honeywell is looking for an IT Analyst to ensure our Teamcenter PLM and Siemens Rulestream systems are effectively aligned with business processes. You will impact the organization by leading improved solution design development and lifecycle management, reporting directly to the IT Director.
What You'll Do
- Drive digital transformation in the Project Engineering function for Honeywell Building Solutions within Building Automation.
- Deploy and drive change management through Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter PLM systems to align with business needs.
- Improve design lifecycle processes, change management, data management, workflow management, and customer deliverables in the project management space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
- Provide expert guidance on PLM and Engineer-to-Order strategies and best practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, particularly with PLM systems and Engineer-to-Order systems.
- Strong background in design manufacturing and engineering.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter and other PLM tools, with a deep understanding of their functionalities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and matrix organizations to implement IT solutions that meet business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to dig deeper into challenging solutions and provide value-driven outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in PLM systems and project management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for staying updated with emerging IT trends and technologies.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to manage requirements and drive business and technology transformation.
