As an IT Analyst, you will lead the digital evolution of project engineering within building automation, focusing on aligning enterprise systems with real business needs. Your primary responsibility will be implementing and optimizing Siemens Rulestream and Teamcenter PLM platforms to improve design lifecycle management, change workflows, data governance, and customer deliverables. You will ensure systems comply with data protection standards, including handling sensitive and export-controlled information.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and adoption of PLM and ETO solutions to streamline engineering processes and support scalable project delivery
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during system upgrades or process shifts
- Provide strategic guidance on PLM architecture and Engineer-to-Order best practices that support long-term business goals
- Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and security across systems, particularly in regulated environments
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must bring at least five years of IT analysis experience, with a focus on PLM platforms and engineering-centric operations. Deep familiarity with Teamcenter and Siemens Rulestream is essential. You should have a proven ability to analyze complex workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that directly improve business outcomes.
A background in engineering or manufacturing design is highly beneficial. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and experience working in matrixed organizations are required. You must be able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively across departments.
Education and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in managing business requirements and leading technology transformation initiatives is a strong plus

Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA. The first 90 days require full-time onsite presence, Monday through Friday. After this initial period, a flexible hybrid schedule will be supported.
