Global Finance Teams is hiring a IT Administrator to maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. This is a fully remote role that offers flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team.

What You'll Do

Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Provide technical support and guidance to employees, resolving issues promptly.
Monitor system performance, security, and integrity; conduct regular backups and updates.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and maintenance.
Develop and maintain IT documentation including user guides and procedures.
Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring they align with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest technology trends to advise on potential improvements.
Own the IT part of the onboarding and offboarding process.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role (3+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and applications.
Experience with device management (Mosyle Fuse, Jamf Pro, Google MDM) for laptops (Macs) and mobile devices.
Google Workspace administration.
Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
Experience with access management to SaaS tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, Figma, etc).
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to work US hours from Monday to Friday.
