Robotec.ai seeks an IT Administrator responsible for maintaining and evolving our company's IT infrastructure. You will ensure the reliability and security of our Linux systems, networking, storage, and security frameworks while supporting our developer teams and internal operations.

What You'll Do

Diagnose and resolve incidents across the IT infrastructure.
Administer, configure, and optimize Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
Create automation and administrative scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and Python, integrating with CI/CD systems.
Administer on-premise network, servers, and mass storage.
Manage software accesses, licenses, and configurations.
Organize employee onboarding and offboarding procedures in collaboration with People and Administration departments.
Participate in the development of company infrastructure.
Implement cybersecurity policies and best practices.
Manage remote access and configure solutions like VPN, VLC, and ZeroTier.
Manage the storage array.
Work closely with the developer team to manage access to code repositories, test and production environments, maintain configuration compliance, and oversee the CI/CD runner farm.

What We're Looking For

At least four years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of CEPH and data cluster technologies.
Thorough understanding of computer hardware.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration (e.g., Ubuntu, Debian, MacOS).
Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), including configuration and security management.
Experience in server and storage infrastructure maintenance and monitoring.
Understanding of user and access management (permissions, onboarding/offboarding).
Familiarity with Proxmox Backup Server and TrueNAS replication.
Solid knowledge of IT security principles and incident response.
Knowledge of PAM, EDR, XDR, and SIEM systems.
Experience in managing core network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall).
Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (Docker or Proxmox VE).
Proactivity and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English and Polish.

Nice to Have

Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD processes.
Knowledge of automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus).
Basic knowledge of cloud service management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ability to work with remote management tools (ZeroTier, Moonlight, NoMachine, RDP).
