Responsibilities
- Gather and document technical requirements for system improvements.
- Participate in the change request process for technical and functional updates.
- Collaborate on technical testing to ensure a smooth production deployment.
- Launch and monitor initiatives, ensuring timely follow‑up.
- Provide Level 3 support by analyzing reported issues and identifying solutions or alternatives to minimize impact.
- Ensure resolution and follow‑up with vendors or service providers.
- Oversee technical processes (e.g., online operations, STP flows, batch processes) and document known issues for first‑level support.
