Join iSoftStone as an AI Consultant, where you will design and deliver AI-driven solutions for clients in sectors like healthcare, retail, and media using Microsoft technologies. You will be instrumental in driving business transformation through strategic consulting and change management.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to align AI solutions with business goals and deliver strategic consultations.
- Develop business cases and roadmaps for AI adoption, targeting 20-30% cost savings.
- Design scalable AI solutions using Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Cognitive Services for NLP and generative AI.
- Lead training and adoption strategies to ensure seamless AI integration.
- Oversee end-to-end AI deployment, ensuring HIPAA compliance and performance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in AI/ML, with 2+ years in Azure AI Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Cognitive Services.
- 8+ years in business consulting or change management in retail or healthcare.
- Proven track record in AI consulting, implementation, and deployments.
- Proficient in Python, C#, or Java and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong client-facing and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience with HIPAA/GDPR compliance and Azure security (Key Vault, Managed Identities).
- Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
