What You'll Do
Design and refine computer vision algorithms that power intelligent systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability across real-world applications. Collaborate with software, product, and project teams to align technical execution with business goals and timelines.
Develop and maintain automated pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models, data workflows, and codebases. Contribute to model optimization through transfer learning and knowledge distillation as systems evolve across iterations.
Create clear documentation to support transparency and human oversight in AI development. Deliver presentations that explain model performance and deployment strategies directly to stakeholders.
Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions. Guide junior engineers and interns through hands-on mentorship, fostering growth and consistency across the engineering team.
