What You'll Do
Design and oversee search and recommendation models that power content delivery, enabling more effective content ecosystem growth. Apply machine learning techniques to refine how users discover and interact with content, improving both relevance and reach.
Lead the creation of core recommendation modules using data insights to increase the impact of content on user experience. Partner with content, product, and business teams to understand use cases, define goals, and align on performance indicators.
Requirements
Hold an MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, with at least five years of hands-on industry experience. Demonstrate strong technical proficiency with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Possess proven experience in developing large-scale, user-facing applications, particularly in content-driven environments. Show a solid track record of working across teams, especially in global, cross-functional settings.
