Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable data and AI solutions that serve organizations of all sizes and structures

Qualifications
You bring substantial experience in machine learning development and data-intensive systems. A strong foundation in Python and deep learning frameworks is essential, along with hands-on work in model design, data transformation, and production deployment.
- 5+ years in data science, machine learning, or equivalent research experience
- 3+ years using Python with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar tools
- 2+ years focused on machine learning, NLP, generative AI, or multi-agent systems
- Proven ability to explore, model, and productize complex datasets
- Experience owning the full lifecycle of ML features—from concept to deployment
Preferred Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- PhD or equivalent applied research experience
- Track record of delivering end-to-end machine learning products
Technology Environment
Work with modern AI tools and frameworks including Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, generative AI models, multi-agent architectures, distributed training, and model hosting platforms.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with team presence required in select U.S. locations, including Boulder, CO. Employees spend at least half of each quarter in office or field settings, with flexibility to adapt schedules to team and personal needs. Remote team members have opportunities to connect in person for key events.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay varies by location, ranging from $136,200 to $240,000 annually. The role is eligible for bonus plans, commission where applicable, and annual stock refreshers. Comprehensive benefits and long-term career development resources are provided.
