Responsibilities

- Collaborate with development teams to escalate software defects
- Document troubleshooting procedures and resolution steps
- Assist with firmware updates and remote device management
- Provide input for improving product documentation
- Work across time zones to support global operations
- Monitor system alerts and initiate corrective actions
- Validate fixes and ensure service restoration
- Participate in on-call rotation for urgent incidents
- Guide customers through diagnostic steps remotely
- Evaluate compatibility between hardware and software components
- Track and report recurring technical issues

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of network protocols and security standards
- Assist in testing new features before release
