About the Role

Selene Holdings is seeking a dedicated Investor Reporting Manager to lead our investor reporting function. In this role, you will oversee the team responsible for critical financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a dynamic mortgage servicing environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the investor reporting function and staff, including training, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Review and approve all investor reports and remittances for accuracy and timeliness to avoid potential penalties.
  • Monitor and assist in monthly reporting to Agency and Private Investors.
  • Manage the reconciliations of loan boarding and service released loans.
  • Oversee pre- and post-boarding reconciliation functions related to principal balances, validating boarding balances against trial balances.
  • Deliver settlement files, remit funds to purchasers, and request reimbursement for negative remittances.
  • Stay current on new investor, State, and Federal regulations, coordinating procedural updates with management.
  • Develop, evaluate, and monitor compliance with internal controls and policies for your area of responsibility.
  • Oversee internal quality control initiatives and remediate any findings.
  • Execute on audit exams with internal and external business partners.
  • Provide leadership to the department, maintain performance standards, and offer consistent coaching and feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-10 years of related experience in mortgage loan servicing management with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • A demonstrated track record of building successful teams and delivering expected results.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • Ability to influence, drive results, and thrive in a high-pressure, short-turnaround environment.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and solid organizational skills with a focus on details and deadlines.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to successfully multi-task independently or within a group.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to effectively partner with various departments, management, and vendor liaisons.
  • Alignment with Selene’s core values.

Work Mode

This is an onsite position located in Dallas, TX, Jacksonville, FL, or Salt Lake City, UT.
