Informa Group Plc. is hiring an Investor Program Manager to source and manage a portfolio of influential, globally-recognised investors for our flagship CPHI & BioMed events. Based in Riyadh, you will own the investor program from research and cultivation through to on-site logistics and content coordination.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify globally high-profile and regionally influential investors.
- Onboard as many influential and powerful investors as possible.
- Cultivate year-round relationships through regular contact, answering queries, and meeting virtually and in-person.
- Maintain and update a daily database tracking all prospective and confirmed investors.
- Coordinate with the logistical operations team to ensure Tier 1 investors receive excellent support for flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Ensure all confirmed investors are well-informed about key event details like badge collection and venue location.
- Coordinate with marketing to publicise confirmed investors' bios and pictures on the website.
- Liaise with the conference production team on new, innovative investor-related topics.
- Assist with the speaker onboarding process.
- Help shape investor forums, talks, panels, and overall program content.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, basic AI text/image generating tools, and Excel.
- Strong commercial awareness.
