Tahaluf is hiring an Investor Program Executive to build and manage a premier investor program for our events. You will identify, recruit, and onboard an impressive cohort of global investors, ensuring our events feature the most compelling investor program in the region.
What You'll Do
- Identify a high-caliber range of investors and investment firms.
- Cultivate year-round relationships through contact, query resolution, and meetings to convince investors to join the program.
- Maintain and update a daily database of prospective and confirmed investors for tracking and data management.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure Tier 1 investors are featured, supported, and kept informed about key event details.
- Support on-site during events to meet investors and deliver program experiences.
- Contribute ideas for conferences, features, and content based on insights from onboarded investors.
- Innovate in identifying cutting-edge investors who align with our event values.
- Ensure all onboarded investors represent high-quality, high-value firms.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in conference production and/or event management.
- Strong data management skills.
- Brand and market awareness.
- Copywriting and marketing skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience dealing with investors and VCs, especially with pre-established and cultivated relationships, is greatly preferred.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: 15,000 - 17,000 SAR PCM.
