Raymond James is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst to play a key role in formulating new business proposals, developing company forecasts and valuations, and evaluating merger and acquisition scenarios. You will work on all aspects of the transaction process at our client-first firm, known for its integrity and long-term perspective.
What You'll Do
- Conduct research using primary data sources to analyze key themes and trends.
- Contribute to the development of financial policies and protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and amend investment models to provide input to senior colleagues.
- Advise managers on applying a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
- Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers by providing information on processes and policies.
- Edit documents in line with organizational style guidelines and prepare information for publication.
- Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization to deliver high-quality professional services.
- Develop your own capabilities through planning, training, and staying current on industry best practices.
- Analyze specific problems and issues to find the best technical or professional solutions.
- Develop short- or medium-term work schedules to achieve planned commitments.
- Explore issues or needs, establishing potential causes, barriers, and related issues.
- Support internal customers and help senior colleagues manage client relationships.
- Manage relationships with small clients while assisting with larger key client relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Required)
- General Experience: 13 months to 3 years
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary Range: $80,000.00-$110,000.00
