This leadership role is responsible for shaping the development of home care personnel through effective training and mentorship. As a Field Training Specialist, you'll design and facilitate comprehensive learning programs—delivered in person, online, or through written materials—tailored to the needs of diverse learners across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead onboarding sessions, ongoing coaching, and skill-building workshops for staff at all levels.
- Customize training content to meet the specific requirements of different roles and operational goals.
- Travel regularly (60–70%) to field locations across Washington and Inland Empire to deliver real-time support and hands-on instruction.
- Use performance data and feedback to assess training outcomes and refine program effectiveness.
- Identify skill gaps and work with leadership to implement targeted development plans.
- Maintain accurate records of training completion, attendance, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with management to ensure training strategies support broader company objectives.
- Complete assigned duties that contribute to operational excellence and team growth.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in training, education, or a related field is required. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms. Candidates must be adaptable, capable of teaching varied audiences, and possess a valid driver’s license for regular travel.

Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
