Kariera w Pekao - Bank Polska S.A. is hiring an Investment and Renovation Team Leader to lead the real estate team responsible for nationwide construction and modernization projects. You will oversee the fit-out and arrangement of bank branches and offices, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Build and develop the supervised organizational unit.
- Plan and organize team work, motivate employees, manage task execution, and evaluate work results.
- Oversee nationwide investment project processes, particularly fit-out and arrangement of branch and office spaces.
- Coordinate the preparation of proceedings for selecting Designers and General Contractors.
- Control the quality of construction works while maintaining the Bank's applicable standards and compliance with legal regulations.
- Build relationships and cooperate with Bank units involved in the investment process.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing investment processes in financial institutions or large organizations.
- Practical knowledge of construction law and formal-legal processes in construction.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a distributed team.
- Ability to manage priorities and organize work effectively under time pressure.
- Goal-oriented mindset.
- Highly developed managerial and communication skills.
