The Inventory Remanufacture Analyst oversees the management of remanufactured parts through precise tracking, financial validation, and process compliance. This role ensures the accuracy of core inventory data by administering transactions in the Core Inventory Tracking System (CITS) and validating cost-part assignments, material configurations, and daily activity logs.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve and manage CITS transactions, ensuring compliance with established protocols and financial controls.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of aged variances, original equipment deposits, and core-related financial indicators to maintain data integrity.
- Support remanufacturing suppliers by resolving EDI issues, cycle count mismatches, and system-related discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits, access reviews, and compliance assessments to verify supplier performance and procedural adherence.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and health within the Core Center warehouse, addressing discrepancies and ensuring reporting consistency.
- Lead analyses of excess and obsolete materials, identifying patterns and recommending corrective measures.
- Generate monthly requisitions to support ongoing operational needs and product lifecycle launches.
- Develop reports and dashboards using CITS, Cognos, Excel, and Access to deliver actionable insights to leadership teams.
- Collaborate with sales and product line managers to align inventory strategy with business objectives.
- Ensure all inventory processes meet SOX requirements and corporate policy standards.
