Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to optimize inventory management across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional financial acumen, ERP system proficiency (preferably NetSuite), and advanced Excel skills in a dynamic technological environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory records within ERP system
- Monitor equipment movements across locations
- Validate inventory transactions for data completeness
- Prepare and analyze monthly inventory schedules
- Reconcile balances with general ledger
- Investigate transactional variances
- Coordinate asset tagging procedures
- Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams
- Support Finance and external audit processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain
- 5+ years inventory management experience
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- NetSuite and Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
Compensation
$60,000 - $70,000 annually
(Salary varies based on experience and location)
