Responsibilities
- Handles all shipping and receiving activities connecting manufacturing sites with outside distribution partners
- Ensures up-to-date inventory accuracy and traceability by synchronizing SAP with third-party warehouse management systems
- Collaborates with internal teams and outside organizations to support accurate and timely transfer of stock and fulfillment of sales orders
- Submits invoices to external storage facilities for damages and inventory adjustments identified during cycle counts
- Prepares and submits monthly reports to reconcile inventory records
- Performs additional tasks as needed
