Primary Function The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a 24+ month developmental role partnering with the Rochester, NY team to gain comprehensive business knowledge across technical, clinical, and sales domains. Essential Job Duties - Support sales representatives with surgeon trainings, hospital robotic development, and territory management - Conduct technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons - Promote advanced technology benefits to existing robotic users - Develop skills in goal setting, mapping, and quota attainment - Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, activity outcomes, and expense submissions Required Skills and Experience - Minimum 1-year leadership (military) or outside sales experience - Ability to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours - Bachelor's degree required Preferred Skills - Proven track record of success - Strong ambition and exceptional work ethic - Ability to excel in high-energy environments - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills - Proven teamwork capabilities Additional Information Vaccination requirements may apply.
