Requirements
- Holds a valid current state-issued teaching license
- Familiarity with State Standards and Common Core Standards
- Prior experience in full classroom inclusion or co-teaching within a resource room setting
- Comfort engaging in a performance-driven coaching model featuring regular observations, feedback sessions, action planning, and progress tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Outlook
- Superior organizational and time management capabilities
- Capacity to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Eligibility to clear both federal and state background checks (FBI and BCI)
