Accel Schools is hiring an Intervention Specialist

Requirements

  • Holds a valid current state-issued teaching license
  • Familiarity with State Standards and Common Core Standards
  • Prior experience in full classroom inclusion or co-teaching within a resource room setting
  • Comfort engaging in a performance-driven coaching model featuring regular observations, feedback sessions, action planning, and progress tracking
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Superior organizational and time management capabilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • Eligibility to clear both federal and state background checks (FBI and BCI)
