Trusted Shops is looking for an Intern - Partner Manager Italia (f/m/d) to support our team in growing our business with Italian e-commerce partners. You will help enhance partner relationships and growth through market analysis, marketing support, and day-to-day operational tasks.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market analysis to identify partner potential and growth opportunities in the Italian e-commerce sector.
- Support our Partner Manager in marketing activities, such as content creation, email campaigns, webinars, social media engagement and event planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize partnerships.
- Manage partner invoices and partner lead tracking.
- Support internal projects such as analysis of agencies present on the territory.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong Excel knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and partnership building.
- You are organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in English (C1) and native level of Italian.
Nice to Have
- Experience with any CRM or marketing tools is a big plus.
