About the Role

This internship provides practical exposure to key areas including HR, project coordination, market analysis, and business growth initiatives, allowing the intern to contribute to real projects while gaining cross-functional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes including job posting and candidate screening
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions
  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Contribute to project planning and timeline tracking
  • Monitor project deliverables and follow up on action items
  • Gather and analyze market data for strategic planning
  • Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for business growth ideas
