PsyCurio is a digital health startup revolutionizing psychotherapy with virtual reality software. We're looking for a Business Development Intern (m/w/d) to join our team and help shape our strategic direction, build key relationships, and drive our growth initiatives forward.

What You'll Do

Choose your primary focus area from Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
Shape the strategic direction of the company and investigate the future of psychotherapy.
Build and manage relationships with cooperation partners and clinics.
Attend relevant conferences, meetups, and industry events.
Contribute to the development of recruiting strategies.
Identify and develop new ways to enable scalable growth.
Support marketing, public relations, and prove business cases with data.

What We're Looking For

You are self-reliant, responsible, and work on tasks systematically and structured.
You have a passion for economical or psychological topics.
You possess solid business knowledge and experience creating business plans and calculating case studies using Excel.
You are curious, eager to learn new things, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
You are fluent in both English and German.
