NUNAMI is hiring an Account Manager (f/m/d)

About the Role

NUNAMI is looking for an Account Manager (f/m/d) to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in scaling our business by acquiring new clients through partner networks and managing relationships from initial contact to successful onboarding. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will have real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and acquire new e-commerce clients through direct outreach, targeted affiliate campaigns, and lead conversion.
  • Take full ownership of guiding new clients from initial awareness through onboarding to long-term value creation.
  • Pre-qualify inbound and outbound leads, manage outreach, and build early trust.
  • Lead discovery and demo calls that align client needs with our solution.
  • Set clear expectations, enable clients throughout their evaluation, and handle objections empathetically.
  • Drive conversion and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation team.
  • Support and grow the partner network through joint go-to-market activities and maintaining strong relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–6 years of experience in sales or account management within the e-commerce ecosystem.
  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven professional with a growth mindset.
  • Comfortable with giving and receiving feedback.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce technology, affiliate platforms or agencies, or D2C/e-commerce brands.

Team & Environment

You will work directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate closely with your manager as part of a supportive Revenue & Go-to-Market team. Our structure is flat, with experienced leaders invested in your growth.
