As the Affiliate & TikTok Shop Manager at Dr. Paws, you will own the TikTok Shop channel end-to-end for our fast-growing pet e-commerce brand. Your core mission is to hyperscale affiliate marketing and grow TikTok Shop revenue.
What You'll Do
- Hyperscale our Affiliate Marketing program
- Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing affiliates and creators
- Test new formats, creators, and partnerships to unlock growth
- Grow our TikTok Shop revenue
- Optimize TikTok Shop ROI
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in scaling Affiliate Marketing and/or TikTok Shop
- Strong performance mindset with clear revenue ownership
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
