Dr. Paws is looking for a Shopee & TikTok Manager for Creators & Affiliates to own TikTok Shop end-to-end for our fast-growing pet e-commerce brand. You will be directly responsible for scaling Live Commerce as a core revenue channel.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale Live Commerce as a revenue channel.
- Plan, execute, and optimize live shopping streams.
- Recruit, manage, and coach hosts and creators.
- Drive conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase via live formats.
- Analyze performance and continuously iterate on winning setups.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Live Commerce, Live Shopping, or Creator Sales.
- A strong commercial mindset with clear revenue ownership.
- Confident on camera or experienced directing live talent.
- Data-driven, structured, and fast in execution.
- A self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
