Top Notch Distributors Inc is offering an Internship designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple business functions. The intern will assist department managers and teams with completing departmental projects, applying classroom knowledge to real-world situations to gain practical skills and experience for a successful career. This role spans Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Human Resources.
What You'll Do
- Learn and master internal operations including accounting, event planning, finance, human resources, payroll, marketing, relationship building, customer service, sales, and daily operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to leadership for streamlining systems and processes.
- Provide general administration assistance and support.
- Research and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency.
- Assist in representing the company at recruiting events such as career fairs.
- Assist with employee orientation and the development and delivery of training programs.
- Provide support for the new hire on-boarding process.
- Observe all areas of the Human Resources department.
- Audit employee personnel, training, and other files for compliance with applicable laws.
- Help with safety and wellness initiatives.
- Perform data entry, filing, and spreadsheet management.
- Update and organize databases.
- Apply good leadership techniques to achieve or exceed quality and production output.
- Sit in on meetings with Supervisors and Managers to understand current projects.
- Perform other administrative and business management tasks as assigned.
